Well, whether a diaper is good or not “depends” on what you’re looking for. If you’re just incontinent, you’re probably looking for something that’s absorbent, thin and quiet. But if you’re an AB/DL person (as I am — DL only), you want the most babylike diaper, the largest and noisiest one. Abri-Form X-Plus is the bulkiest one on the market, I believe. Molicare Super Plus is almost as bulky but the problem with it is that the padding is a little stiff and denser than Abri-Form’s. I just preferred the Abri-Form between the two.
Tranquility ATN isn’t much different from any other. It’s bulkier than Depend but not as bulky as Abri-Form. However, I only tried two of them in a sample back five years ago, so they may have changed a bit as some diaper companies update their styles often. I’m not familiar with Maxicare.
