You should confront her about it that shes 18 and becoming a young adult and if she wants a boyfriend that isn’t going to help her in anyway. It may be that she has a legitimate medical condition and merely said what she said to show that she’s made peace with the fact that she has to wear a diaper. I wouldn’t say anything more about it unless she wants to talk about it further.
