Being honest im only 15 and 2 of my mates still wear diaper’s due to medical conditions. You should confront her about it that shes 18 and becoming a young adult and if she wants a boyfriend that isn’t going to help her in anyway. Don’t tell her its gross, just explain what will happen if she doesn’t stop wearing diapers!
Yes, please tell her! Otherwise she might still be wearing it when she’s 30! It isn’t natural to wear a diaper at that age!

The fact that she enjoys pooping herself is what amuses me.Thats just disgusting tho, im sure she smells too. Tell her she left the diaper stage 15 years ago and only handicapped adults wear diapers.
It may be that she has a legitimate medical condition and merely said what she said to show that she’s made peace with the fact that she has to wear a diaper. I wouldn’t say anything more about it unless she wants to talk about it further.
