Is it possible for a dog to have a bladder control problem? And can you fix it somehow?

I have a 6 month old Weimaraner. She pees like 50 times a day…and sometimes she goes in the house because she cant hold it to get out the door. Can dogs have bladder control problems? And is there something I can give her…or the vet can give ger…to fix her problem?
