Can you tell me how serious cancer of the bladder?

I learned that my uncle had an MRI, because the blood of his urine. They said, “does not include cancer,” it is now and I’m worried about him. Just finished treatment for breast cancer with my wife and know nothing about cancer of the bladder. Any help would be appreciated.
