I’ve heard that vaginal lubricants carry health risks. I am really loose in the vagina?

I know Vaginal lubricants have been linked to fertility problems and vaginal infections, but this doesn’t necessarily meant that I am at risk? Can I have a non artism retard child without the infection I carry? Will it create breeding ground of bacteria?
