You’re talking at most two teaspoons of liquid. Any pair of underwear not made out of tissue paper or tin foil is going to absorb more than that without a problem
Not necessary to wear a diaper, since you don’t ejaculate that much semen at a time, and it generally dries by morning. Just wear PJ’s or underwear with a pattern so the stain doesn’t show (i.e., not tighty whities). Or masturbate more often to minimize the frequency of wet dreams.
Not necessary for such a small amount of liquid and for such an infrequent occurance. The cost alone should change your mind. It’s easliy washed out like regular laundry. So no, there’s no reason for a diaper.
Using diaper for nocturnal emissions is an overkill since the amount of semen ejaculated is small and underwear will absorb most of it. If you are paranoid about getting semen stains on your clothes or bed you are better off using “male guards” (i.e. Depend Guards for Men) which are pads designed to fit the male anatomy and is worn inside close fitting underwear.
