You should do kegel exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. If that is not sufficient, use something like the kegelmaster or the kegelcizer to help you.
You could try doing some pelvic floor excercises. Or you could even try and just squeeze the muscles there together where ever you are like as if you are trying to hold in your wee. Keep trying to do that. Gradually the muscles will get stronger. If you do that you will probably notice some improvement in bout 2 weeks. Hope you feel better soon.:)
not sure how old you are but if you see your doctor they do have surgeries for this.
