try just doubling up on diapers and slicing the first. most of the time it gives just under double the absorbency but also double the thickness (not always a bad thing) and double the price. one thing i like to do is get the belted garments and slice up that. if these don't work for you look up diaper double on youtube or check out www.dailydiapers.com look threw the forums and or repost this question there. that community it very welcoming and of course very wise.

why don't you just use a baby diaper and slash it up a little on the front. I will definitely hold more.

Another option you might consider is the Abri-let Maxi booster made by Abriform. They can be found on-line at XPmedical.com.

The Abri-let booster also fills to capacity and then allows additional fluid to pass through it and into the diaper you are wearing. I can't say anything about other boosters as I have not tried them, but the Abri-let booster comes in a pack of 40 for only $20 I think.

As far as using regular pads, I don't think they will really help you, at least not in the fashion you are trying to use them for. The best thing you could possibly do would be to poke holes in the plastic backing to enable them to allow fluid to pass through them and into the diaper you will be wearing.

Best of luck in whatever you decide to do.

Tranquility offers booster pads designed to be used in an adult diaper. They fill to capacity and then pass any additional fluid on to the host garment. They are an economical way to extend the use of the incontinent product / adult diaper. They are available online at Dignity With Diapers and shipped discreetly to your home.
